Ingredients:
2 Ripe Avocado’s
3 tbsp Agave Nectar
22g 100% Raw Cocoa Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
100ml unsweetened Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
Raspberries and almond flakes to garnish
How To:
- Remove skin and stone from the Avocado’s.
- Blend avocado until smooth, then add Almond/coconut milk gradually.
- Add agave nectar, vanilla extract, and raw cocoa powder then mix.
- Allow 30mins in the fridge before serving.
Serve into 4 ramekins and sprinkle with raspberries and almond flakes to finish and enjoy a guilt-free dessert.
