We regularly have new bootcamp members sign up who haven’t been into a gym before or taken part in outdoor group exercise.
Do I need to a runner to take part in Bramcote Park bootcamp?
It does not matter how fit, strong or fast you are. We are a team that supports each other to achieve more. The philosophy has not changed since we started bootcamps back in 2012, we don’t leave bootcampers behind.
What do I need to bring with me to bootcamp?
Yourself & plenty of fluids for optimal hydration. If you’re booked in the cave bootcamp then you will require a clean gym towel and clean footwear for indoor use. We highly recommend an headtorch for use during winter months at our Bramcote Park Bootcamp on Thursday evening.
Do you recommend eating before or after bootcamp?
If you’re taking part in an early morning bootcamp then we recommend you have a small piece of fruit before to give you some energy then enjoy your breakfast meal post-workout. If you’re participating in an evening bootcamp either allow 90mins for a small meal to digest before or wait until after your bootcamp to enjoy a high protein delicious meal to help you recover.
Can you PAYG or is it pay monthly only for bootcamps?
You can do PAYG which is £7.50 for outdoor bootcamp and £12.50 for cave bootcamp. if you book regular bootcamps on a weekly basis then pay monthly will be most cost effective.
What do people wear to bootcamp?
Outdoor bootcamp is sportswear you don’t mind getting dirty in the local park e.g. Leggings, shorts, t-shirt & hoodies are popular choices. Waterproofs for wet weather forecasts.
