Stuart is a father of 6 children, husband, and has a busy work schedule. These could all be good excuses not to change your mindset and change your bodyshape. Stuart’s aim was to improve his health, fitness and get a 6 pack in 12 weeks. We sat down and planned a training & diet program that was sustainable around Stuart’s busy lifestyle. Stuart was pushed harder week-in week-out to make continuous progressions which would have the knock-on effect to keep motivated. Stuart has made fantastic progress to achieve his goals and a great example of changing your lifestyle and staying committed to your goals.
