Meet Shelley, 38 years old, She has 2 children and a busy life with the balance between family, social and work commitments. Shelley has bounced between different diets, weight loss groups, and gym memberships over the past 6 years without finding what works for her needs, lifestyle, and maintain sustainable results. My greatest achievement over the past 20 weeks is finding the plan easy to follow and loosing all the weight I have been unsuccessfully trying to do for years. It hasn’t been all sweat and sore muscles as I have learnt how to exercise correctly and not give up. I understand that if I eat the right foods then I will stay fuller for longer and don’t end up snacking or feasting on the wrong choices. The online program with Jake has made me feel more energetic and I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
