Ingredients:
1 Whole Egg
2 Egg Whites
1 Banana
How To:
- Gently mash the banana, add the eggs, and stir until the mixture becomes consistent.
- Heat a greased frying pan on a medium heat and pour 1/2 of your protein pancake mixture into a puddle
- When your mixture is golden brown, then you can gently flip the pancake for a further 20-30seconds.
The recipe makes 1-2 protein pancakes and serve with honey yoghurt, berries, and sliced banana.
