Meet “Tinny”, 46 years old, who works 60 hours per week in a very physical and mentally demanding job role. Our initial consulation helped tell a story about his lifestyle and current health status. He was clearly fatigued, low energy levels, and continually feeling sluggish. Our approach was to fix your health first, then get the results to follow. We had a clear mission statement which was we needed to change our lifestyle in order to see changes in your body shape. We had to take responsibility from our actions and self-control. Over the past 6 months, he has lost 14.1kg of bodyweight (13.1kg fat mass & 1kg of lean mass). This is a great example of hard work and commitment from online coaching program and bootcamps at JWPT.
Before I contacted JWPT I was doing exercise in the gym and playing football with friends every week but due to the poor diet at weekends and ‘food binges’ it wasn’t enough to maintain my weight. This resulted in being increasingly out of shape, poor sleeping patterns and feeling sluggish when exercising, and making excuses for not sorting my self out i.e start next week achieving very little. Since starting with Jake he has sorted my diet out and given me plans to work to and got me to choose my goals. Week by week my sleep has improved to point of sleeping like a baby, my fitness levels got better, my confidence grew, my goals achieved and set new goals to achieve and reached them. All because Jake was there at the right time pushing and encouraging, motivating me, and tweaking my diet to suit. The last 6 months I have been a regular at Jake’s bootcamp on Monday nights and it is hard but enjoyable. I have started strongman training which gives you a buzz, my football has improved because I’m fitter quicker and stronger which breeds confidence. The training plans Jake has gave me for the gym has given me a better understanding of how to train. This probably explains why I have gone from size XL to M in clothes.

1. You are what you eat! FACT
2. Exercise is an important part of life
3. And you can achieve your goals through hard work, healthy eating and regular exercise.

My next goal: So I am going to continue with another 12 week plan where I would like to get below 14% body fat, get stronger and add more shape to my body.
