Earlier in the year I made the decision I needed to do something about my overall
fitness and weight, i felt i was missing out on lots of things I used to enjoy because of this.
So my goals were quite broad, shed fat/lose weight and get fitter, nothing specific. Not soon
after i decided to give the Bootcamps a try.
From my very first bootcamp session Jake was friendly and welcoming, it was tough
but it felt good, and couldn’t wait for the next session. Very quickly I saw a big improvement
in my fitness level, this was also spotted by Jake, that was a big moment for me and I knew
that attending the JWPT Bootcamps would be the best decision I have made in terms of my
fitness and weight loss.
The atmosphere Jake builds through these sessions is fantastic, he pushes you to
work harder every time and is very encouraging, especially if he sees you pushing yourself. This attitude flows down to everyone taking part, he promotes an environment where everyone shows support and encouragement no matter how tough it gets.
What keeps me going back is not just the huge differences I’m noticing in my
physique and overall fitness but also a kind of rush at the end of every session, It’s always
hard work but it leaves me with such a positive, rewarding feeling afterwards i’m always
looking forward to the next session.
The training is enjoyable, the workouts are different every week but with familiar
exercises so there is a good variety to the training sessions whilst still being able to see
improvement in specific areas.
I’ve been the member of various gyms utilised personal trainers in the past, but the
great mix of positivity, motivation, environment, workouts and results at JWPT is outstanding
and will keep me coming back, even when i manage to meet my goals! I couldn’t be happier
and will always recommend Jake.
