Ingredients:
30g Spinach
3 Eggs
30g Cooked Chicken
Spring Onion or any other “Green Mean” hulk nourishing foods
How To:
- Grease your frying pan with 1/2 tspn coconut oil
- Blend 3 eggs with 30g spinach in your blender until you have a smooth green liquid, please beware this could turn you into the hulk!
- Pour your green mixture into the frying pan when its hot
- Gently lay your 30g cooked chicken slices and spring onion on your mixture while this is soft
- Leave for 2 minutes to cook in the frying pan then immediately place underneath a hot grill for another 2-5 minutes to cook
- Serve your Hulk Omelette and enjoy!
Enjoy as a light meal! Ideal when you don’t have much time to prepare a healthy meal or after your evening workout. High protein content.
