My greatest achievement over the past 12 weeks has been losing 8kg in body weight and the general body transformation. I have learnt the importance of knowing how to exercise properly despite going through the motions with many of the exercises in the gym for years. I am much more conscious of food intake, calories, and proteins. I have much better mental clarity and agility.
I think the 12 week program is fantastic and holds you accountable which is something I wouldn’t do otherwise. My next goal over the next 12 weeks is to lose 5-8kg and maintain lean muscle mass.
