How To:
- Slice your avocado in half and remove the stone.
- Using your spoon you will need to scoop out a little extra avocado each to make space for your eggs.
- Crack your eggs into a bowl then using a spoon you can add your eggs slowly to each side of the avocado.
- Then place your avocado eggs in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20mins.
