Meet Sarah, 23 years old, she has a full-time office job in a sedentary lifestyle and decided she needed a personal trainer to help motivate her to adopt a exercise program that works and change her ‘lazy’ lifestyle and boost her energy levels. Over the past 12 weeks, Sarah has lost 8.6kg of bodyweight and -7.2 bodyfat. This is a great example of consistency to exercise and adopting a change in nutrition on a day-to-day bases at JWPT.
“Previously I would just jog on the treadmill continually, since doing the 12 week plan I have learnt more about interval training, body fat, and how to carry out exercises properly and hit the correct muscles. For example, before Jake taught me to perform squats I would feel discomfort in my back and give me pain after a workout. I now understand more about nutrition and what the rights foods are and how to fit this around my lifestyle.”
My next goal: I would like to keep up the lifestyle and lessons I have learned from Jake and continue to reduce my bodyfat % over the next 12 weeks and complete Tough Mudder in 2019 has motivation to increase my fitness levels and strength levels further.
