Meet Matt Timson, 44 years old, He’s likes to enjoy a beer when he’s watching Forest at the City Ground but he also knows he needs to be consistent at eating a healthy, nutritious diet and train hard at bootcamp 3-4 times per week to get fitter, stronger and leaner.
I was introduced to Jake on holiday by a friend when discussing getting fit in my 40s… Gym memberships hadn’t delivered with me struggling to motivate and push myself to see some noticeable results…. I joined Jakes Bootcamp straight after my holiday in 2018 and he offered something different to a gym …first it was fun to train within a group and I was allowed to get fit at my own pace amongst a friendly bunch of good people. I find the group helps me and with jakes enthusiasm behind it I have pulled myself back to a level of fitness to be proud of…. I feel part of a bootcamp family that’s fun and addictive and feel lighter, stronger and happier since joining up… Jake has a unique way with people from all walks of life and integrates us all together to achieve higher fitness levels… I couldn’t recommend him any more.
