My greatest achievement has been sticking to the plan as I would usually fail at diets as I have tried so many fad diets and failed before. This is much better than weight watchers and slimming world from experience as I seen faster results in terms of body shape changes and clothes feeling loose. This is partly due to emphasise on exercise and without a doubt Jake has motivated me. I have managed to lose 40lb and make noticeable changes to my body shape over 9 months and I am very happy!
Jake always remains positive throughout the plan and is always on hand to tweak anything mid way if needed. I think weighing in every two weeks is really good as it gives you a bigger time scale to focus on your training and nutrition but also achieve a result. At times when I’ve struggled and then received a random text from Jake which does spur me on and given me that little push I may have needed. My lifestyle has continued to change for the better and hands down my decision to take the plunge and start Jake Wood’s 12 week plan has been the best decision I’ve made this year! I’m still here 9 months on… feeling fitter, healthier, and 40lb lighter. Anyone considering making the change then stop thinking and just do it. You won’t regret it!
Over the last 9 months, I’ve learnt that diet is one of the key factors to success and strength training changes your body shape for sure. Consistency is key – you may feel some days that you just can’t face it but being consistent over the weeks has helped my body shape change dramatically and feel great. I could only overhead press 6kg back in February but now I can lift 30kg. I have recommended the online coaching plan 100% and I have had more interest from some of my friends in the last 12 weeks than in the last 9 months – they have seen my progress and want results for themselves.
