After having my baby in November 2020 I decided after Christmas was the time to change my lifestyle and start my fitness journey.
I started doing workouts at home and adjusted my diet. I then hit a brick wall with the weight loss so started personal training in may with josh.
This was the best decision I have ever made for myself as I learned so much about fitness and nutrition. After the 10 PT sessions I started going to the cave bootcamps with Leon, and also Sunday mornings with Josh.
Josh put me together a nutrition plan which has been very helpful teaching me how to plan and prep my meals, being a mum and also working full time is a challenge sometimes but now I feel I have the tools I need to stick to a healthy lifestyle.
I’ve always struggled with my mental health, but since starting this fitness journey with JWPT I have overcome these battles, obviously the weight loss is an achievement for me, but I feel the strongest I’ve ever been mentally as well as physically.
Ive lost 50lb since January 2021 and I’ve also made some new friends on this journey, but mostly have gained confidence I never had before. Going forward my goals are to keep getting stronger, lift heavier and continue beating my PB’s in the cave challenges!
