I started Jake Wood’s bootcamps at the start of summer this year after deciding enough was enough I needed to start getting fit and lose some weight, I started to see result right away in terms of fitness and weight loss but still didn’t know if what I was doing was correct in term of food and exercise. I signed up to online training with Jake and the changes were even more noticeable although more intense and strict with the diet plan however it was what I needed as I had previously ate and drank what I wanted and did very minimal exercise. I’d highly recommend the bootcamps and online training to anyone that wants to get fit in a tough but fun atmosphere. I’ve lost 3 stone now and transformed my body shape along with being much fitter and active.
My goals for the next 6 months are to continue with a new online training plan to lose some more of the beer belly and finally see my abs! I will also be taking part in rat race and tough mudder in 2017 so keeping the fitness level up is paramount.
I can’t recommend Jake enough for the advice and support he has given me over the past months!
