After having a baby 12 months ago, I had hit a wall with my weight loss progress and was struggling to find the motivation to workout. After just 10 PT sessions with Josh I learned so much not only about fitness and nutrition, but also that I am stronger than I thought both physically and mentally. I now have the confidence to go to the gym and follow the plan that Josh set me. I feel more motivated than ever to continue my fitness journey, and after the 10 weeks I spent working with Josh and continuing with JWPT bootcamps at the cave I have now lost 12kg and very pleased with this.
