I joined JWPT back in 2018 after my first baby. Taking part in 3 outdoor bootcamps a week building up my fitness. The thing I loved the most was being part of the bootcamp community who are never short of motivation for you. Then had my 2nd baby during lockdown and went straight back to bootcamp. This time was harder than the first mainly due to lockdowns. Before I knew it I was back to work, Working full time with still alot of baby weight to shift.
This was when I enquired about PT. This felt the right time. I needed training to fit around my life as a mum and full time working. 6am every Wednesday with Leon has motivated, pushed and educated me on my nutrition, lifestyle and training effectively with my knee injury. He’s adapted week on week and kept training varied and FUN! I’ve had various setbacks throughout training but Leon has been supportive and kept me on track with training. Bootcamp has changed my life and re-lit my spark for exercise! Thanks Leon
