I started Bootcamp in Summer 2020, I was new to that type of exercise and my fitness level was fairly poor, I couldn’t keep up all the time but I enjoyed joining in and the group atmosphere was great. Jake pushes you hard each and every session and the not knowing what you’re turning up to each time keeps you on your toes and makes it fun.
My fitness improved quickly and started to gain confidence in myself and with eating better I lost weight. I have significant knee injuries and was given some stretches to help with those and some advice to improve my exercise technique.
By Summer 2021, I was ready for a new challenge, I had seen the great results posted by others on the 12 week plan and it motivated me to join in, I was amazed by my results; in those 12 weeks I lost 1 and half stone and was eating so much more than before, the training was challenging but achievable as it was broken down in small chunks. I feel so much stronger and my running times have massively improved.
I’ve lost over 4 stone overall and have built new healthy habits to help maintain that and carry on my fitness journey.
