What made Harry’s 10 weeks so successful?
I think personally this is down to the individual themselves and their ability to listen and absorb information to take away with them and put into practice outside the 1-2-1 PT session.
Harry was consistent with nutrition and the programmes I sent him to use in the gym which took a couple of weeks to get right as we started the sessions on bramcote park without the equipment of a gym so the focus was to perfect the form of the basic exercises. Body weight squats, press ups, trx rows etc and learn how to engage the muscles in an exercise. So when the time come for the gyms to open Harry was already on the front foot and within a couple of weeks with the gyms being open he had already gained a noticeable amount of new muscle tissue to his physique.
The 1–2-1 sessions ( 1 per week ) consisted of upper / lower giant sets, and conditioning exercises such as the prowler push to help keep the fitness level high and help towards Harry’s goal of stepping back on a rugby pitch to play, which I’m very confident he’s capable of now!
Harry wanted quick fire high intensity sessions and I wanted to ensure I delivered on that to keep his motivation high!

I’m very proud of what Harry has achieved in 10 weeks with 6kg of lean mass added whilst dropping body fat.
He has been an absolute pleasure to work with and look forward to seeing him progress even more in the future!
