Meet “Rebekah”, She has tried various diets alone before and since getting married she has lost her mojo for exercise and healthy eating as a result of a busy lifestyle. Our approach was to fix your health first, then get the results to follow. We set our goals for the next 10 weeks which was to feel better and more confident ready for her summer holiday to Mexico. We knew we had to change her lifestyle in order to see changes in her body shape.
My greatest achievement over my 10 week programme has been upping my fitness levels, losing weight and toning up. Iv loved the strength training in-particularly and have learnt that no matter how unfit you are if you keep it up and keep pushing you will see results and feel physically and mentally stronger. A large part of what I have changed long term since using Jake’s program is my nutrition. I have realised how much better I feel for drinking the right amount of water and changed the way I eat, instead of opting for huge carb laden meals I now appreciate that proteins will fill me up for much longer.
