Gary is a 46 year old business owner, and family man with 3 young children. He has a busy work schedule and family life at home so we initially planned a weekly training regiment which would fit around his lifestyle and give the maximum results with minimal time-wasting “fitness junk” you can find anywhere from social media to magazines.
