I started my coaching journey with Josh when I realized that I needed to take control of my health. My energy was low, I wasn’t feeling confident in my own body, and I knew I was capable of much more. I wanted to feel strong and healthy, not just look better. That’s when I decided it was time to make a real change, and I joined Josh’s personal training program.
Working with Josh has been a game-changer from day one. He didn’t just give me a one-size-fits-all program; instead, he tailored every aspect to fit my unique needs and goals. Through personal training sessions, we worked on my form, gradually built up my strength, and he pushed me to limits I didn’t even know I had. The physical transformation was noticeable, but what surprised me even more were the lifestyle changes that came along with it.
As we continued, I started joining the bootcamp sessions. They brought a whole new level of intensity and community to my workouts. The camaraderie and the energy were contagious, and I quickly felt part of a group that was pushing each other to be our best. Before I knew it, I was competing in the Bootcamp Games, something I’d never have imagined doing when I first started. The sense of accomplishment, not only from competing but from knowing I’d prepared and improved so much, was incredible.
My goals have shifted since I first started. Now, I’m focused on maintaining and improving my strength, enhancing my performance, and continuing to push past my mental and physical limits with hyrox in 2025.
