Jake Wood began his mission statement to help ordinary people achieve extraordinary things through health, fitness, nutrition and mindset back 2011. The passion and energy to help others has grown to become unstoppable from a fitness class in the local park once per week to a world class performance training studio and multiple bootcamps everyday of the week.

JWPT delivers results based coaching from 1 to 1 training, small group training, online coaching, corporate fitness and outdoor bootcamps! When get started with us it’s more than a workout, It’s being part of our energy and community which help us all achieve more.
