Ingredients:
6 Slices of Parma Ham
3 Eggs
6-9 Spinach Leaves
Coconut Oil
How To:
- Grease your baking tray pods with coconut oil
- Simply line egg pod with 2 slices of parma ham and make sure you cover the bottom and sides
- Whisk 3 eggs with a fork and pour evenly into each of the 3 “cupcake size” baking pods
- Press 2-3 Spinach leaves over the top of each mix (fingers may get messy)
- Place in the middle of the oven at 120 degrees for 15 minutes
Enjoy as a healthy snack on the go! These can be eaten hot or cold.
