Meet Raj, He’s ended his football career and now in his mid-30’s which lack of motivation and no purpose behind exercise therefore going for a steady run or hitting the gym once per week will suffice with no desire to fulfil his potential. When we started our 12 week journey, Raj and I sat down in the gym to discuss his lifestyle and our main goal was flip his mindset upside down and be motivated again. Of course, He wanted to improve his physique and fitness levels also without picking up more injuries which was the main reason for Raj ending his football career.
My greatest achievement over the past 12 week has been transforming my mindset. Since starting this programme with Jake, I have had more focus and a goal to achieve. It has made waking up at 5am to train so much easier and is no longer a hassle, but actually something I look forward to.
Jake’s 12 week programme is set-up so you can train in the cave or in the gym so I had flexibility dependant on where I was working that day. The bi-weekly assessments are brilliant to see where you are with the programme and Jake is more than happy to adapt the programme dependant on your needs.
Jake is a great motivator and if you go to him with the right attitude, he dedicates a lot of time to you. From a nutritional perspective, the diet was not complicated and I found it very easy to follow.
Over the next 6 months I want to further my physique development and build more muscle on my upper body and reduce bodyfat below 20%
