Ingredients:
1 Medium Sweet Potato
1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning & Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Organic Coconut Oil
How To:
- Slice your sweet potato into wedge sized chunks.
- Drizzle olive oil over your sweet potato wedges whilst in a mixing bowl then add your Cajun seasoning to suit your taste buds.
- Place your wedges on a baked tray and put into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- After 20mins, Remove the baking tray from the oven and sprinkle smoked paprika over your sweet potato wedges. If you want your wedge extra crispy then add more olive oil at this point.
