If you want to improve your health and wellbeing, whilst enjoying the outdoors, fun and teamwork of group exercise, then bootcamp will give you the motivation and hard work you need to achieve a better body.
All bootcamps involve cardio, strength training, and core conditioning using a variety of equipment from your bodyweight to ropes, tyres, kettlebells, and much more. Bootcamps are based around Nottingham and all levels of fitness are welcome. Bootcamps remain outdoors in all weather conditions. Lets be honest, bootcamps wouldn’t “make the cut” if you didn’t enjoy the mud, rain and snow. My approach to “Bootcamp” is to create group exercise which is enjoyable and team-based to help you achieve better health & fitness with the support and motivation from other bootcampers. We aim to keep fitness fun.
The bootcamp philosophy is we dont leave bootcampers behind so you can leave your excuses at home and get results.
You can simply pay as you go or pay monthly subscription. You must book to attend any session. Limited availability. You will need to dig out your outdoor running trainers, water bottle and appropriate clothing.
