Meet “Dre” Andreas, 31 years old, He has an important job role managing teams and operations at unsociable hours across the evenings and weekends. When he’s working he wants to inspire others and been highly driven and energetic. Dre stated that this 12 week experience has improved his productivity in the workplace.
Over the past 12 weeks, my attitude towards personal health and fitness and making long term changes to my lifestyle for the better has been my greatest achievement.
As part of my experience on Jake’s 12 Week Body Transformation Plan I have been surprised how much I’ve learnt about gym equipment and how to exercise correctly. This made me wonder how little I did know. The best thing I’ve learnt about nutrition during this program with Jake is understanding the impact of calories.
Over the next 6-18 months my aim is to maintain these positive steps toward exercise and nutrition. I want to get a more toned body and achieve 6 packs abs and muscles! I have really enjoyed Jake’s bootcamps and online coaching. This has been value for money and I would highly recommend this as it’s so enjoyable with results. Thanks Jake!
