We have helped professional athletes through to ordinary people with busy home & work schedules who want to achieve extraordinary things but don’t know how? You will learn how to manage your lifestyle to overcome time restraints and work commitments to exercise, eat better, and recover more. We will book your personal training sessions around you to suit your needs. All we ask is you match the effort our team put in to help you to get the best results you want.

We don’t know everything but we are always raising our benchmark to learn more about nutrition and exercise. We will educate, motivate, and train you to adapt an improved lifestyle that is sustainable and gets results for you. We will meet your short term goals. There is not a “one size fits all” approach to achieving your best physique. Therefore its imperative that you use the correct training methods/progressions and diet program that will improve your health, body composition and maximise your results.
We are based in Nottingham and you will complete your 1-to-1 personal training from our brand new training cave based approx 1 mile from Bramcote Park. This is designed with the best training tools you will need and highly-motivating environment to get the best results at JWPT. Check out our success stories.
Personal training can be tailored for up to 3 persons in one session however you must share a common goal for your personal training program to be effective and deliver the highest quality of results and service at JWPT.
