There’s no excuses with Sean Kavanagh when it comes to getting your body in shape! He has a busy work schedule and family life at home but made time to train hard, prepare healthy meals and stay committed to changing his body shape and losing weight.
Sean joined the gym in January and then started ‘Online Personal Training’ with myself in March. We set our goal to get in shape for his summer holiday, then Sean followed an effective online diet program and training plan to get results and endured weekly bootcamps to be train harder and be pushed by others.
Sean’s weight loss his 54lbs in 8 months and has made great changes to his bodyshape, boosted fitness levels, and strength gains ready for his holiday. Enjoy the sun! Big respect to Sean!
