- Cardio Training: Intervals
- Strength Training: 8-12 reps per set, 3-4 sets per exercise with 60 seconds rest between sets.
- Diet Protocol: Cut out the beers and junkfood throughout the day and prepare more nutritious meals to take out to work with you. Snack winner was nuts and seeds anytime anyplace.
