Amy’s goal was to change her body shape for her summer holiday using online coaching and bootcamps. As a result of the progress she managed to lose 6kg and 4.6% body fat over 12 weeks.
“I partly chose bootcamp because I find the gym repetitive and sometimes boring but Bootcamp’s keep it fun and lots of variety
I chose to improve my body shape to get in shape for holiday. My biggest achievement was improving my speed with my running mostly down to short bursts of exercise and hill sprints.
