You cannot use time restraints and work commitments as an excuse for exercise because we will book your sessions around you.
Using my knowledge and experience I will help educate, motivate, and train you to adapt a healthy and active way of life for the future. We will meet your short term goals. There is not a “one size fits all” approach to achieving your best physique. Therefore its imperative that you use the correct training methods/progressions and diet program that will improve your health, body composition and maximise your results.
I am based in Nottingham and you will complete your 1-to-1 personal training at local country parks, your home, or at the gym.
